　　 港、目的港装卸、运输的某些规定及条款
（2）可以根据发货人的货物运输要求，选择运输路线、运输方式和适当的承运人，安排货物运输、
　　 转运，争取优惠运价，确认运费及其他相关费用
（3）接受、审核发货人提供的货物运输资料、单证、提醒发货人准备货物进出口地所属国家或地
　　 区要求的货物运输文件、单证
（4）代为填写、缮制货物运输单据，以备办理通关、报检、报验等出口手续
（5）向选定的承运人租赁运输工具、洽订车辆、舱位
（6）安排货物从发货人处或发货人指定的其他处所到货物起运车站、港口或机场的短途运输，将
　　 货物交付承运人或其他代理人
（7）办理出运货物的包装、仓储、称重、检尺、标记、刷唛、进站、进港、进场手续
（8）办理出运货物的装箱、拼箱、理货、监装事宜
（9）办理货物的运输保险手续
（10）办理货物的通关、报检、报验等手续，支付有关费用
（11）查询、掌握货物装载情况及运输工具离开车站、港口、机场时间，及时向委托人报告货物出

（12）向承运人或其他代理人领取运单、提单及其他收货凭证，及时交给发货人或按其指示处理。
（13）向承运人、承运人的代理人、其他有关各方、各有关当局交付、结算运费、杂费、税金、政
　　　府规费等款项。
（14）联系承运人或其在货物起运地、目的地代理人，掌握运输情况，监管运输过程，及时向发货
　　　人通报有关信息。
（15）记录货物的残损、短缺、灭失情况，收集有关证据，协助发货人向有关责任方、保险公司索
　　　赔。
（16）发货人委托办理的其他事项等等。
